Enjoy the soothing sounds of Tawni Sands, as we flow through a variety of poses and deep breathing techniques to create clarity and energetic healing. Workout led by Shantani Moore, Spenga Fitness Instructor. Bring a Water Bottle, Yoga Mat, & Sweat Towel. Meet on the parking garage rooftop.
