Job Facilities Custodian (FC) – Two locations Hours: 14 hrs. per week – Sunday thru Saturday (7 days per week) Area: Columbia, MD 21046 Facilities Custodian (FC) Job Description We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Facilities Custodian (FC). The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The FC will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. This is fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay. Responsibilities: • Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot as needed • Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders • Remove garbage and recycling daily Skills needed: • 2+ years janitorial experience • High school diploma/GED preferred • Willingness to work between the hours of 6pm to 6 am • Ability to work well under minimal supervision • Capacity to take direction • Strong attention to detail • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
