Am needing someone with lots of integrity who is an EXPERIENCED (e.g., more than five years) handyman/remodeler with the necessary tools. This is not a position for all of you hard-working individuals who do odd jobs but do not have five years experience. I sometimes get contacted by people needing work done. I cannot guarantee any amount of work. How it Works: When I get contacted, I will give you their contact info., and you 'take it from there' - providing them with a fair, free quote (perhaps from simply a picture they send to you), etc. The customer is told in advance that there is a $100 minimum for all jobs. If and when you complete the job, you will forward to me 20% of what you charged them in labor. The customer pays for materials. For example, you and the customer agree you will complete a job for them for $500. Twenty percent (20%) of $500 = $100, so after you complete the job, you forward to me $100 via CashApp, etc., and you keep 80%, which is $400. Reply back please with your skill sets: please include in your reply which of the following you have experience with and are good at, and feel free to add other skills: Interior: New additions, handyman repairs, framing, concrete, drywall, painting, carpentry/woodwork, decks, doors, fences, retaining walls, tiling, flooring (wood, laminate), appliance (dishwasher, stove, water heater, toilet, sink, faucets) installation, and house cleaning. Exterior: Landscaping, leaf and tree removal, mulching, painting, powerwashing, gutter cleaning.
