Property Preservation Contractors wanted in the following States, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, California and Texas contractors for REO Property Preservation Contractors (1099 position only) to perform all aspects of REO/PPO/PFC/FHA/VA work throughout the Pre-Foreclosure cycle into the REO cycle until the property is sold. Services needed are including but are not limited to: initial inspections, securing/rekeying, winterizations, lawn cuts (2x per month), snow removals (seasonal), trash outs, monthly maid services, evictions, hazard claims, CFRs, and monthly reoccurring inspections. REQUIRED - Must have verifiable experience and have completed an Aspen Grove Background check. Contractors that can take on large service areas are especially needed. Apply online @
