When I worked as a property manager, I was shocked by the amount of renters I had who didn't know they were more than qualified to purchase a home. Join me and my good friend Audrey over snacks and sparkling water- as we help potential first time buyers navigate the sometimes overwhelming, confusing, and difficult process of purchasing their first home. We will also have a home inspector present to discuss why it is important to have a home inspection done, as well as a representive from a title company to discuss the closing process.
