Skilled Handyman with 5 or more years experience in maintenance of rental units. Part Time, flexible hours, approximately 40 hours per month. Job responsibilities include maintenance and repair of: Clearing area of debris Landscaping including irrigation Roof drain debris Swamp coolers Common Area Pest control Common Area lighting Plumbing and plumbing fixtures Other minor repairs Must have: Own tools such as: battery power drill, sawzall, circular saw, screwdrivers, basin wrench, pliers, socket set Basic electrical tools Basic plastering tools, trowels, mud pan, drop clothes Basic carpentry tools, miter saw, jig saw, levels, tape measures, stud finder Own work vehicle with valid proof of driver's license and insurance Please answer all the following questions, be as detailed as possible: Name and phone number Work experience in maintenance of rental buildings What days or times are you available to work?
