Cranksgiving is a food drive on two wheels. Part bike ride, part food drive, part scavenger hunt. Join us at Trek Bicycle Oro Valley on Sunday, November 21st for Cranksgiving 2021. Cranksgiving is a Thanksgiving themed food drive on two wheels. Part bike ride, part food drive, part scavenger hunt. This is a family fun event with all skill levels encouraged to participate. We will be partnered with local business partners in support of the Food Bank of Southern Arizona to help feed those in need during this holiday season. Our partners will include: - Pueblo Vida Brewing - Waft Food Truck -Spenga -Wow Wow Lemonade -Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona At the start of the event, participants will receive a shopping list of items needed. The challenge begins at 10 a.m. when riders roll out from the shop by bike. Remember this is a fun spirited event intended for all. This is not a race! Riders may compete by themselves or on teams. Things to bring with: -bicycle -bicycle helmet -bicycle lock -bag/backpack to carry your donation goods -money to purchase the goods from the scavenger hunt -facemasks (recommended, although not required) All participants must return to Trek Bicycle Oro Valley by 4 p.m. to tally up their purchases. Participants who complete the scavenger hunt will be entered to win a prize from Trek Bicycle Oro Valley and our partners. - We are the Trek Bicycle Stores of Tucson.
