Come relax with a restorative Yoga Nidra practice. This Yoga Nidra is carefully crafted to relax you into a sleep-like meditative state. This class will use gentle movement and singing bowls to sink you deeper in the experience, quieting the mind and allowing true rest and healing to happen.
Class will begin, promptly at 6:30pm and the doors will open 10 minutes prior to give you ample time to set up your space, and get nice and comfy. There will be no entry after 6:35pm, so please do your best to arrive on time.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation practice that uses the body's natural ability to navigate the different brainwave states, through the act of falling asleep. Yoga Nidra uses a series of breath, movement and body-awareness techniques to help you to relax. When you are in a relaxed state your body, mind and spirit can begin to rebalance and heal, so you finish the meditation feeling restored and renewed.
What should I bring?
Wear casual clothing, something you would feel comfortable falling asleep in. Most of the class will be spent laying down so you are welcome to bring any items that will make you feel more cozy like blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props that you may need (blocks, blankets, etc.), these items will not be provided for this class.
