Come get connected to a higher power and elevate your mind body and spirit. We will meet at Losco Regional Park.  Briefly meet and greet.  You will get comfortable on a mat.  We’ll practice breathing techniques. I’ll begin a guided meditation to help clear your mind and redirect your focus to to the present. This will help you restore your peace, happiness and balance. I’ll energetically scan and cleanse your bio field and begin the sound bath. I use 7 chakra tuned crystal singing bowls, the original 6 solfeggio frequencies (396 hz , 417 hz, 528 hz, 639hz, 741hz, & 852hz) over each participant.  You’ll feel an overwhelming  wave of calmness, peace, freedom, total body relaxation.  Each person’s experience is unique.  You may  immediately feel a calm like never before, as your soul syncs with the angelic frequencies and begins to balance your chakras. I will place one of the 7 crystal bowls next to you.  I’ll  go around and engage the bowls to help ensure your transition to stillness and weightlessness.   Releasing from your heart and head space, any unhealthy emotions.  Listening to the the sound of nature while becoming one with the angelic frequencies. The  goal is for you to still your mind  in order to reach a deep state of relaxation. In closing you may share your thoughts and feelings.
