Mindfulness Meditation at Clay Park
Join us on Wednesdays for mindfulness meditation in nature at Clay Park. This all levels class incorporates gentle movement and basic breath-work to prep for meditation. Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, towel for this practice. You can also bring your own camping or other chair if being seated in a chair would be more comfortable for your practice. Class is offered on a pay-what-you-can-basis. You can pay via Venmo: @healinglabyoga or there will be a box at the event for cash payments.
All classes are held weather permitting. In the case of cancellation due to rain, registered students will be emailed.
