Rowing For Colton Hello friends, I am putting this event together for my friend Rebecca McGregor. I have know her since I was eleven years old. She was my riding instructor at Top Notch Equestrian Center. One of the kindest and funniest souls you will ever meet! Her son Colton was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2020. I am putting this event together to help provide support to Colton and his family. and raise awareness about childhood cancer. CrossFit is all about community and togetherness. Becky was always there for me and I feel it is my chance to give back. Let us all get together for a day of fitness and help support a great cause and raise awareness to Childhood Cancer. All proceeds will be donated to Colton and his family! The Local Plant Based Pizza Co from Emmaus will be there serving delicious Plant-Based Pizza!!! I will have a table for my Crunchy Moms Company Granola and home goods from my shop to sell. There will be a raffle and a lot of neat baskets to win!! I encourage everyone to come out and help support even if you will not be participating in the rowing event. There will be snacks, music, and friends! #COLTONSTRONG
