Press release from the Town of Needham: June 28, 2021 Due to extreme heat conditions the Town of Needham will open a cooling center at the Rosemary Recreation Complex starting immediately through Wednesday 6/30/21. Other Town buildings and Town partners are also open for use to cool off. If you or anyone you know needs a ride to one of the following places please call 781-343-1258 and ask for a ride to the cooling center. Here are the places to go and the hours: Rosemary Recreation Complex (178 Rosemary St): Monday 2-7pm, Tuesday 8am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm Needham Free Public Library (1139 Highland Ave): Monday 9am-9pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am-5:30pm YMCA 863 Great Plain Ave : Monday – Wednesday 6am-8pm (Limited space available) 380 Chestnut St: Monday- Wednesday 6am-1pm & 4pm-8pm (more space available)   This press release was produced by the Town of Needham.
