Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures. Sanitation and cleaning consists of washing down, shoveling, and sweeping, cleaning screens. Job Description Summary Location: Newark, CA Salary: Full Time - $18 - $20 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm Title: Industrial Electrician – Entry Level *May assist in some maintenance, railroad and groundwork such as (mowing, trimming, landscaping and snow removal) *Clean screens *May have need to wear a respirator on occasion *Effectively communicate with supervisor and customer to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations *Maintain adherence to the work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by demands of the job *Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment when required. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: *HS Diploma or GED Required *Background check and drug screen required Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
