Strongman Real Estate Services; a small/ medium sized construction company, is seeking a Laborer/ Maintenance Apprentice for work in the South Bay Area Job Summary: Executes moderately complex landscaping/ gardening work, hauling and general labor to assist construction crew. Typical job tasks include: light demolition, hauling job site/ homeowner trash, job site material delivery, assisting construction crew on remodels and other basic construction support services. Our wide variety of services offered to our customers allow for work variety on a daily basis, and tremendous growth potential within our company's numerous internal divisions. Qualifications: - 2 or more years of experience working in the construction industry "preferred"). - Excellent verbal phone and written communication skills required. - Must be able to read, write and speak English. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational/time management skills. - Ability to work independently and with others. - Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. - Must have a valid CA drivers license and clean driving record. Working Title: Laborer/ Maintenance Apprentice. Pay Rate: $20 - $25 per hour. Position Type: Full-time; 40 hours per week. Schedule: Work Week Schedule - Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4:00 pm.
