Farrow Ready Mix is seeking help in fast paced industry to help rebuild Sonoma County. A Yard Laborer is a great way to get your foot in the door in a thriving industry at entry level and grow into a long lasting career. Duties and Responsibilities 1. *Operates equipment, such as a forklift or front loader in a safe and efficient manner. 2. *Conduct routine tasks that will require general labor activities such as shoveling, lifting, and or moving materials with or without assistance and other routine tasks that may require the use of hand tools. 3. Assist in organizing inventory to be safely and efficiently retrieved or stored. 4. Complete required paperwork for accounting, payroll, operations or material inventory as directed. 5. Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors. 6. Ability to wear company issued Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.) in accordance with company policy. 7. Must work as needed, given the unpredictability of how long jobs or trips will take, including overtime and weekends. 8. Perform other duties as assigned. 9. Regular attendance.
