(Menlo Park, CA) by providing excellent customer service to internal staff and our valued customers Job Duties: Provide the highest quality pool service to our clients duties as follows: * Test and treat pool/spa water for chlorine residual and pH * Treat water with necessary chemicals for sanitation * Brush pool * Skim surface of floating debris * Clean strainer baskets and debris bags * Vacuum pool * Scrub tile * Clean filter * Maintain filter room in clean condition Most are auto cover pools with cleaners Qualifications: (EXPERIENCE PREFERRED POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN BUT WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE) * Strong customer service skills * Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of information relayed is essential * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with stressful situations calmly. * Good sense of humor and positive "can-do" attitude.
