Heritage Landscapes has an opportunity to join our team as a Landscape Crew Leader! This exciting Landscape Crew Leader opportunity has a competitive starting salary between $25-30 per hour depending on experience We also offer a great benefits package and pay 90% of the premium cost for health, dental and vision insurance Our Landscape Crew Leaders are also immediately eligible for our 401k plan with a 4% match and paid time off   Landscape Crew Leader Responsibilities: Lead an installation crew Ensure crew is equipped and informed to provide the safest, highest quality, efficient work Develop material takeoffs on job requirements and site conditions Produce and maintain As-Built and other documentation per job specifications Coach and develop installation crew to advance their skills and deepen their knowledge   Landscape Crew Leader Requirements: Speak English and Spanish Experience as a landscape professional ideally as a foreman/crew leader of high-end commercial or residential landscape installations Preferred experience in masonry, copper plumbing and/or irrigation installations Driven, organized and have strong project management skills with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines Proficient in landscape plan reading, grading and drainage, hardscape and specialty features construction, irrigation system components, plant identification and planting techniques, sod and edger installation   About us: Heritage Landscapes is an established, family business based in San Anselmo, CA.
