General Contractor Company in San Jose looking for a foreman and finish carpenters, Kowldage with plumbing & Electrical preferred but not a must. We perform residential remodels. You will need to be experienced in many phases of construction. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proven experience in multiple trades of construction An understanding of general plumbing and electrical systems and more Should be able to supervise all phases of construction and manage sub contractors Be responsive with emails, calls and texts Finish Carpenters must have great attention to detail Both Positions must have, Excellent working knowledge of tools and devices Great problem solving skills Good physical condition Able to work well with minimal supervision and willing to read and follow instruction Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures Clean and neat appearance and understand the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Must have good communication skills, (written and verbal). Must be able to read/write/speak English Take pride in your workmanship Dependable and on time A willing to learn attitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and purpose in your efforts will go a long way.
