WEST HAVEN, CT — Police are asking for help with finding the owner of a dog that was found wandering in traffic on Wednesday. "This dog was located on Kelsey Avenue wandering in traffic," police wrote in a post on Facebook. "If he is yours or you know the owners please contact us immediately. Thank you!"
