Press release from Town of Andover: September 22, 2021 Andover Community Power is a program offered by the Town to provide residents and businesses more electricity supply options by pooling the electricity use of thousands of users in Andover. The program is a Town-vetted alternative to National Grid's default supply and other third party electricity suppliers. The Andover Community Power program is now under review with the Department of Public Utilities (DPU). The DPU has scheduled has scheduled a public hearing on the aggregation plan for Thursday, October 21 at 2pm by Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84999899064.
