Saw a small yellow parakeet with blue markings on its wings earlier this afternoon near the corner of Roscoe and Pulaski. Figured someone might be looking for it since it clearly didn't belong outside. It flew away when I tried calling to it but I thought it was worth posting since it might still be in the area and might respond when called by its owner.
