BOWIE, MD — The Bowie Baysox on Sunday advanced to the Double-A Northeast League Championship. The Baltimore Orioles minor league affiliate defeated the Altoona Curve 7-5 in a must-win game, clinching a spot in the finals. This is Bowie's third time playing for a title in its 28-year franchise history. The Baysox won the Eastern League Championship in 2015.
