All Safe Home Watch Services, LLC is a property preservation company located in Boca Raton, Florida. We specialize in maintaining foreclosure properties for the banks. We have properties all over Florida and need a local subcontractor in Palm Beach county that can maintain these vacant homes. As a subcontractor you must have your own tools and equipment to do lawn maintenance, trimming, window boarding, securing, evictions, trash outs, janitorial, roof repairs and other jobs. Must have internet or smart phone to submit work through EZ Inspections. Aspen Grove background check is also mandatory. Previous experience in property preservation services is preferred.
