Full Time Grounds Keeper needed for estate in Palm City. Looking for an experienced grounds keeper/Landscaper with knowledge of proper use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizing application to lawns and ornamentals. Must be experienced with properly using and maintaining zero turn mowers, weed eaters, edger's, trimmers, Sprayers, and blowers. Must have experience in light irrigation repairs such as changing a sprinkler head as needed. Job duties include Mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming hedges, pruning plants, weed control (pulling and spraying weeds), planting new plants, light irrigation repair, and mulching. Applying liquid and granular fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Changing mower and edger blades, loading weed eater string, lubricating, and fueling tools used. Applicant must be self-motivated with a good attitude, have a good record with no felonies, a valid driver’s license with own transportation to and from work, work with professionalism, able to speak English and be able to work full time Monday through Friday. Pay is based on experience and performance. Starting pay 40-45k annually. Paid vacation time after 1 yr. Performance based raises and bonuses Please email me with your resume with references
