Once again, this year, the Washington Township Health Department will hold a Flu Clinic offering flu vaccine shots for adult residents of Washington Township. The vaccinations will be offered to any resident over the age of 18 (without insurance for $35.00). Any resident covered by Medicare Part "B" can receive the vaccine free of charge. Please be sure to have your insurance / Medicare card with you. Residents over 65 may also choose between the regular Quadrivalent and the High Dose vaccines.

TIME: 3:00pm – 7:00pm
LOCATION: Long Valley Pharmacy, 62 East Mill Rd., Long Valley, NJ 908.876.9000 (To save time - consent forms can be downloaded from the Long Valley Pharmacy website, completed and brought with you to the clinic)
