Timberland Park is located at mile marker 437.2 on the Natchez Trace Parkway, and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. FITNESS AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS AT COUNTY RECREATION CENTERS New Group Fitness Classes Added The Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department (WCPR) offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs in recreation centers across Williamson County for fitness enthusiasts of all ages, interests and ability levels, including group fitness classes, small group training sessions and personal training options. The Fairview Recreation Complex, 2714 Fairview Blvd., now features a wide variety of group fitness classes including cardio, cycling, dance, strength training and yoga programs offered in the mornings and evenings, Monday-Saturday. Enjoy a great workout with certified, knowledgeable instructors in our Group Fitness or Cycle Studio(s). Looking for a way to jump start your fitness routine? Try out our 5:30 a.m. H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) class with Brienne Splittgerber on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or wrap up your week with our Restorative Yoga class at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings. Class fees are only $8 per class for teens and adults (ages 13-54); $4.00 per class for seniors (ages 55+) or are included with any premium department pass. A variety of small group programs are also available and consist of a number of different styles including Boxing, Stretch and Tone, Youth Fitness, Senior Boot Camp and Fall Prevention classes at our locations in Fairview, Franklin, Nolensville and Spring Hill. WCPR also has a diverse team of certified Personal Trainers on hand to challenge and motivate clients of all fitness levels to maximize their body's potential! Traditional and Yoga Personal Training sessions are available. Whether your goals are related to weight loss, stress management, or overall general health; our staff will partner with you to meet your goals!
