We are looking for a couple of crews to work for us daily to complete demolition of cabinets and flooring. We have approximately 55-65 homes a month we need to demo the flooring and cabinets to get them ready for remodel and new flooring. We service Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh and Columbia SC. WE PAY WEEKLY. Demo all flooring that is indicated on daily work order Take Pictures of Cabinets and Vanities prior to demo and send to project manager. Demo and Haul off Kitchen counter tops and Kitchen cabinets back to our warehouse dumpsters. Demo and Dispose of garbage disposal. Cap electrical line at wall. DO NOT CUT ELECTRICAL LINE. Demo Kitchen Cabinets in a neat way with as little damage to the drywall. DO NOT leave anything hanging from the wall. Leave all P traps installed and do not cut. Cap all Water supply lines. Leave ALL Appliances at the house including the the Stove Hood. Take Pictures after Demo is complete and send to project manager.
