CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is requesting assistance finding a man accused of sharing private sexual images without consent. Lamar Linwood Clark is 32, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs 170 pounds. Originally from West Virginia, he has brown eyes and hair as well as tattoos on his chest, upper left arm, and right front arm. Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, stated in this week's fugitive alert Clark was accused of being a known drug abuser. A warrant for his arrest was issued on April 19. "Clark is being sought on an arrest warrant for failing to appear to court hearings stemming from an original offense of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images," White said. "Clark is last known to reside in Manchester, NH area, has a lengthy history of drug abuse, assaultive behavior, and domestic violence." According to the Rockingham County Superior Court, Clark was accused of a single felony count in October 2020 in Derry. The case was filed on March 5. He failed to appear at an April 16 arraignment. Other court records include a woman filing a restraining order against Clark in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2019. The case was dismissed on March 23. Clark is a felon due to pleading guilty to five possession-sale of narcotic drugs and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2016 after incidents in Concord. Not long after the heroin dealing arrests, Clark was charged with domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, domestic violence-obstructing report of crime or injury, and obstructing report of crime or injury after an incident inside a West Street apartment.
