We're looking to hire a conscientious carpenter, who is willing and capable to lead a carpentry crew and take responsibility for completing tasks in a timely and workmanship like manner. Everyone makes mistakes, we're not looking for a Superhero, just someone who can lead with their heart. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE Framing: Most of our projects are Residential, candidate must be capable of overseeing all major components of framing including reading plans, floor systems, roof systems, stair stringers etc. Finish Carpentry: Candidate must be capable of overseeing all aspects of finishing including Drywall, Flooring, Trim, Hanging doors and Specialty Finishes etc. Other Trades: Candidate must be able to coordinate with other trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC etc. throughout projects.
