We are Denver’s best full service landscape company. For the past 20 years we have designed and maintained beautiful gardens around the city. We set ourselves apart by going above and beyond for our high end clientele. We love to use new and unusual plant material no matter what style garden we’re working in. You’ll get to plant and maintain lush gardens of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs. Looking for an experienced lead gardener with in-depth knowledge of Colorado horticulture and soils. The candidate we're after needs a strong work ethic, great attitude and enjoys working in the dirt! We're looking for someone who thrives teaching others and is a team player. This is a salary position, so you'd be working full time (including some overtime) during the gardening season and then have a majority of the winter off. There are minimal winter tasks which include winter watering for clients, working at our office & greenhouse to prep for the next season (no snow removal). This position is only open to those with experience as a lead/manager for a gardening company who are ready to lead a small team in the field. Work days are Monday-Saturday. The gardening season typically runs from late March - mid November weather permitting. Winters off with very minimal hours so plenty of time to hit the slopes!
