I am a home owner looking for a contractor that can handle some projects for my house. These are small-medium, but many. Please contact if interested. Must be insured.
1. Replace wood panels in garage with sheet rock. I want stripped down to studs, termite protection added, insulated, then covered with sheet rock. This includes the ceiling.
2. Remodel the back wall of the garage to include 1 door. Currently has a sliding door.
3. Re-tile the floor of a shower.
4. Replace sheet rock in ceiling parts of house where damage has occurred. This includes painting.
5. Remove existing fence, then build new around pool.
6. Remove decking around pool, install drainage to street.
7. Repair rotted wood around garage exterior.
8. Repair HVAC system cover on exterior part of house.
I do not have materials for this, but will pay for time spent consulting.
