Toledo Police responded to the incident at 2100 block of Elliott but no suspects have been identified. (WTOL) Owens Community College has received a grant for over $100,000 to improve security for its Toledo and Findlay campuses. The updates will include electronic door access. Bowling Green State University and Terra State Community College have received similar grants. (The Courier) Toledo woman Amanda Karcsak, who was reported missing on Sunday, has been found safe according to her sister. Residents had been searching Toledo's Polish Village neighborhood, where Karcsak's phone last pinged.
