Real estate service company looking to hire a HELPER. We complete all aspects of remodel, repair and service work on residential and commercial properties. You must be able to take direction and have a good attitude. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Requirements: - No criminal history - you must pass a background check and drug test - You must have your own vehicle (this is a requirement as we work at different job locations) - You must have a cell phone We are looking for a responsible adult. That means you must be responsible, not make excuses, do what you say you will and show up to work when required and on time. You are responsible for yourself, that means your own lunch, water at the job site, etc. We are entrusted to work on and in our clients homes and properties. We take this seriously and there is ZERO TOLERANCE for lying or stealing. We work primarily Monday-Friday day time hours. You must be flexible with scheduling as we sometimes work outside these times. This position pays every Friday. You will be reviewed on your performance and given raises based on performance at 60/90/180/365 days. This position will expose you to work both indoors and outdoors and use power tools and equipment. You will be exposed to the climate and weather. We do all aspects of remodel work. If you can’t handle working outside in the sun all day, lifting and carrying material then this isn’t the position for you. You will be asked to do anything and everything related to property remodel, repair and service. If this is a problem, then this isn’t the position for you. If you have a good attitude, like to work and can take direction then this might be the right position for you.
