Deck Designer Needed

I am looking for someone to design two decks that I can submit to the city for a permit and submit to contractors for an estimate. I have a rough design of what I want, but need someone to fill in the blanks regarding the structural needs of my rough design and also hopefully improve upon my rough design. Both decks are inver grove heights: Project 1) Deck removal and brand new deck installed - approximate sq footage is 1,000 sq ft for the new deck Project 2) Deck addition with stairs- approximate additional sq ft will be 500 sq ft Once I have the deck designs, I will also be looking for a builder. If you are responding for either job, the design and/or the build, please advise how many decks you have designed or built this year. I will be seeking references before hiring someone and am looking for someone who specializes in decks.
