Small real-estate holding company has steady work. Properties are mostly in Johnson County, KS. We can use one full time person to do make ready on rentals and rehabs on new acquisitions. We have make-readies, maintenance, remodels and flips. We can use a contractor or even one with a single assistant if if we are not providing full time work. We have a more experienced person with plumbing carpentry and electrical skills. We would like someone who can do a turn key makeready and who can assist on larger projects. Must have hand tools, reliable transportation in the form of a minivan, suv, or pick up truck. If you demonstrate good work ethic, effort and compatibility it does have the potential to become a full time job at increased pay. Pay is commiserate with experience but expect to start at $16-20 per hour paid weekly at 32 to 44 hours per week. Weekend work is infrequently required. If you have proper qualifications it can be 1099 labor or be an employee. I need someone who can work consistently and reliably without excuses and have a consistent start time. My company has about 30 properties in stock. If you are more of a lead type with carpentry, electrical and plumbing skills or turn key subcontracting skills you may want to contact us for our larger projects that are done by the bid. Work may be by bid for larger jobs if you have a crew and can do siding, window replacement, deck rebuild, etc.
