Found what looks to be older male doberman pinscher possible mixed no collar at the time of finding the pooch so collar pictured belongs to my own dog found on 9/20/21 around 6:15a.m on se Girard st an 37th St has been scanned for a chip which unfortunately doesn't have one also has been posted on Facebook lost an found groups an police scanner group an found report was made with helping hands so I am now posting here in attempt to locate the rightful owners please email or text if the pooch belongs to you or you know who owns it also please have photos an/or vet documents for proof of ownership don't want the wrong person obtaining the pooch
