Commercial Tile Sub-Contractors We are a highly organized and motivated Hard-Tile contractor looking for experienced sub-contractors to work with us on commercial projects throughout the Metro Detroit area. Requirements for consideration are as follows, but not limited to: • At least (5) years of experience in commercial applications • Must have W-9 and valid current Liability insurance (Worker’s Comp required if you have “employees”) • Personal transportation to jobsite • PPE (Hard Hat, boots, vest) • Setting tools: cutter, trowels, levels, etc. • Familiarity with blueprints (functional knowledge only, expertise not required) • Simple layout capabilities • Functional knowledge of tile incidentals: Schluter products, waterproofing systems, epoxy grouts, simple mudset methodology, floor prep, etc. What we provide: • Material delivery to job site • Major tooling: mixer, lifts, exceptional tooling • Prints, sketches, and documents • Detailed labor breakdown sheet • Pay per job, with weekly draws Opportunities we pursue, including but not limited to: • Assisted living facilities • Light industrial • Office and Firm • Churches We are always seeking to develop and expand our capabilities through new and developing business relationships.
