Lead Guitarist wanted for Indie-Rock Band

Looking for RELIABLE lead guitarist to join our established band lineup. Our ideal match is easy going, 420 friendly, <40 years old, jazz/blues inspired sound and eager/available for touring, local gigs, networking/promoting and joining the band fam. Typically we operate as a 4 piece (bass, vocal/rhythm, drums, leads) and have 18 originals that would need to be learned between 1 released and 1 (soon to be released) album and a few new ones towards a third down the line. Thus far, songs have been written by myself but I would love to have a 'muse' to create with and inspire/contribute to song writing possibly accompany me for duo gigs as well. We practice in our (bassist is my housemate) basement jam space (Tuesday evenings) once a week and have been booking 2-3 gigs/month. Experience necessary (playing to kitties ain't the same as playing to a crowd). Manchester/local musicians preferred. Our released album online is our former lineup; a bit bluesier and more mellow.
