The Shawangunk Town Wide Yard Sale sponsored by Vision of Wallkill (VOW) is scheduled for Saturday, October 2. Start cleaning your closets, attic and garage. Empty all those boxes stashed with stuff. If you want to have a sale in your yard – no forms to complete. Just let us know your address by September 29 and we will add it to the list. Maybe you live in an apartment and don’t really have a space to set up your treasures. Maybe you live way out there or have a very long driveway and your house and yard isn’t visible from the main road. We have an option for you too – but you do need to complete the attached form or pick one up at the Shawangunk Town Hall. Pack up your wares and bring them to Popp Memorial Park and take up a picnic table under the pavilion or bring your own tent and tables and take up a space on the lawn. Spaces are $20 each. The list of addresses will be posted on VOW’s FB page by Friday September 30. We only include addresses and cannot note neighborhoods, specific items or special requests on the list.
