Setting up Photo Studio to rent

Been thinking of setting up a photography, video art studio that would available for general renting. Looking to get some input from local photographers, videographers and pod cast authors. There are places for hourly and daily rental in the greater Portland area but nothing in central Maine. Wanting to learn if there is a market for this and what would be wanted for equipment. Going to set up good size room with high ceilings, hopefully some good natural lighting, private bathroom changing area and plenty of outlets. There is no place in area for short term rental for the needs of photography and even shooting videos of bands. Please welcome input.
