Closet Repair Needed - Minor Mold on Dry Wall, Furnace in Closet

Project details: - Unhook furnace and remove from closet - Take out most of the drywall, remove minor mold (maybe 3 square feet) - Replace with concrete board and mud - Paint concrete board - Maybe re-do floor (looks sort of like clay) if you have experience with this. - Re-hook furnace If we find more mold than is visibly present then I will call a mold expert for the full removal and still pay you for the rest of the work. Please let me know what your experience is with these things.
