I'm looking to get my 5-acre trailer park mowed bi-weekly as needed. This is the previous deal I had: • $200 per cut billed within a week of when you do the cut • Cut no more often than every two weeks • Don’t run over trash that’s going to explode into a thousand pieces, pick it up (small items aren’t a big deal) • Spray weed killer on any areas where you can’t get the mower (you shouldn’t have to get off the mower with this gig) • Blade Height should be no less than 3’ (and you’ll need to watch out for plumbing lines even at that height) • No weed eating (you can do this if you prefer it over weed killer) • No Blowing • No Bagging • No Edging • If you do break a window (or break anything in general) fix it or contact us, we’ll get it repaired and charge you back for the damages incurred. We recently had the park cleared of debris so it should be good to go to cut, but if you find anything throw it into the woods rather than mowing around it. In the winter it won't need to be cut bi-weekly so I'm looking for a price per cut. We prefer to contact via email. As the size of the cut area has increased since our last guy I expect the price to be higher, but if your estimate is $400 or more we aren't interested. I can buy a riding lawn mower for 2k and it'll pay for itself in 2 months at that price. *Note the name has been changed from the google image
