Can you assemble my Lifetime HDPE Shed?

I am purchasing a Lifetime #6446, 8X15 storage shed for my backyard. I need an honest team to 1/ level-foundation 2/ secure permit as needed 3/ assemble and remove packaging I have attached many photos from the assembly PDF. Easy to find info on the web about the product and assembly. It is supposed to be a DIY - but well, not for me! Here is an assembly of a larger size: Time can be arranged ~~ sometime mid-late October. We can coordinate with shipment arrival. Please include a reference specifically with HDPE material assembly and leveling/foundation. Please respond with a brief email. Thanks so much.
