Seeking Golf Course Maintenance Technicians for full and part time positions. No experience? We will train you! You will be a part of the new beginning at one of the most important assets of the Rancho Santa Fe community. Under the direction of renowned Golf Course Architect David McLay-Kidd, this includes installation of a new irrigation system, new turf on fairways and tees, reshaped bunkers and plans to improve the practice facilities. Job Summary: Responsibilities will be diverse and initially dependent on experience. We pride ourselves on all employees conducting numerous tasks working together as a team! Essential Job Duties: • Mowing of all course areas • Raking bunkers • Maintenance of bunkers • General debris clean-up • Setting up golf course for play • Maintenance of landscape areas • Attend to details of course conditioning • Irrigation practices • Application of fertilizer • Maintain equipment and transportation vehicle in a clean and organized manner • Perform other duties as assigned Physical Demands: • Frequent need to perform physical activities such as (but not limited to): bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, grasping, finger dexterity, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds • Walking and standing on various surfaces for extended periods of time All offers are contingent upon a successful background check and negative drug screening.
