WE ARE HIRING!!! HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS LIGHT INSTALLERS (San Diego, Ca.) We are excited to begin preparations for the upcoming holiday season! We are a family business and provide lighting displays & decor for many homes and businesses all over San Diego County, and have been for 11 years! Job Description/Responsibilities: Experience is not necessary. We provide training. Qualified candidates will start Oct. 1st possibly sooner. The holiday lighting season is a very fast paced environment. We are always moving whether we are clipping lights to rooflines, wrapping trees, or running power. We always have something to do. We are also up on the edge of very high rooftops or ladders. We will go over safety and procedures during orientation and training, but if you already know you have a fear of heights, this is definitely not the job for you. We start installing in the beginning of October, Mon. - Sat. We are off on Thanksgiving Day. We will continue installations until mid December, and begin removals on Jan. 2nd. Removals should be completed around Jan. 25th. We are looking for alert, cautious, motivated, hard workers who are able to exhibit professionalism, be accountable, and punctual. Candidates will also need to have reliable transportation to and from Spring Valley, Ca. Starting pay is $18-$20 per hr. based on experience. We also, give bonuses and or pay raises based on performance.
