Motivational Systems, Inc., a graphic and interior design manufacturing company is currently looking to fill the position of Installer for its Phoenix Division. Following are the qualifications the successful candidate must possess: -Demonstrate pride in work and a determination to finish the job. Demands quality. -Demonstrate a clean and appropriately dressed appearance. -Demonstrate the ability to represent MSI in a professional manner and with integrity. -Strong organizational skills, eye for detail. -Ability to follow detailed written instructions, maps and read basic construction plans. -Finish carpentry and basic construction skills needed. -Must have valid driver's licenses and clean driving record and be 21 years old. -Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with deadlines. -Scheduling flexibility/ Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. -Ingenuity and problem solving skills/creativity. -Past experience in a signage displays environment a plus.
