Looking to start a small acoustic band

I'm looking to start a small acoustic band for fun mainly but depending on how things go maybe we can do open mics, get gigs, or create social media content. I sing, play guitar, and piano, and before the pandemic would regularly do open mics and volunteered at a hospital as a musician. I'm also not bad at video editing and getting into techniques that make any video content we do really pop. I usually do acoustic covers of songs I like but am open to originals. I'm imagining a small group with 2 or 3 different instruments that can do 2 or even 3 point harmonies, but I'm sure what's even more important is how we all vibe together. I'm REALLY into all kinds of music, from Stevie Wonder, Aerosmith, Sara Bareillis, Halestorm, to Light in Babylon, One OK Rock, Trio Mandili, Portishead, and everything in between. Some other artists I love that do covers are Lena Hall, Morgan James, Jeremy Passion, and Melissa Polinar. Please let me know if you're interested.
