About the job:
Technician will be responsible to service an average of 3-5 customers a day. This would typically include;
Using Google Maps to safely drive to the locations.
Follow special instructions on our cell phone app.
Greet customer, some small talk, ask about any special needs over and above their original request.
Follow our proprietary 10 step cleaning process. This includes vacuuming, hot water treatment, and extraction, using equipment in customized van.
Collect payment where appropriate and enter details in cell phone app.
Other responsibilities include: Stocking van with required products, replenishing water tank, minor maintenance of tools, keeping van clean, organized, and fueled.
Employee Compensation;
New employees will be paid $15/hr during initial training process. This lasts between 1-4 weeks.
After successfully completing training, technicians will earn between $18-$27/hr depending on experience and types of jobs completed.
