C Decker Company is a multi-entity company specializing in commercial and residential landscape and erosion control construction in California and northern Nevada. Our family of companies includes Pacific Parks Landscaping, Pacific Residential, Pacific Site Management, Chico Creek Nursery, and Decker Landscaping. We are currently seeking individuals to fill immediate openings for the following positions: Maintenance Landscape Laborer – Sacramento (Multiple Openings) Responsibilities include weekly client landscape maintenance that includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, planting, hand watering, weed control, pesticide application, and removing landscape debris. Must be able to work well with others in a team environment and be courteous to home owners and customers. Ability to load and unload power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris daily from Company vehicles. No experience necessary, valid driver license with clean DMV preferred but not required. Commercial or Residential Landscape Laborer – Sacramento (Multiple Openings) Responsibilities include new commercial or residential landscaping construction that includes digging trenches, spreading landscape materials, planting, irrigation, pavers, and other landscaping services. Must be able to work well with others in a team environment and be able to follow directions from Foreman. Ability to load and unload power equipment, tools, and materials from Company vehicles. No experience necessary, valid driver license with clean DMV preferred but not required.
