Title: Fulfillment & Prep Associate Hours/Shifts: Monday through Friday, Full Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Part Time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Location: Austin, TX Role Description: Our fulfillment + prep associates work as a team to deliver incredible service to our customers every single day. Our fulfillment associate role is our pipeline into future hiring, and we have made hires into customer success, sales, and management. What You’ll Do: ● Receiving: This team accepts our customers’ new inventory and owns the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system. The responsibility of communicating the arrivals and any exceptions are receiving-owned as well. ● Picking + Packing: Our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately! The final steps before a customer receives their products, the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly. The packing team works together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owns all responsibility around those shipments. ● Prep: Many of our items require finishing touches before they go out to either customers or Amazon. Our prep workers work efficiently and quickly to prep orders to be ready to get sent out. The faster the work gets done, the higher the bonus you get paid! How you’ll excel: ● Be detail oriented: Organized people generally do the best at Simpl. Whether you’re labeling products with barcodes or picking and packing orders... details are everything. Imagine ordering something and getting the wrong items. We don’t like that, and neither do our customers! ● Be driven + ready to work hard: We love having fun, but we also love getting stuff done. We play music in the warehouses and have lunch together. But there’s a time and a place for everything!
